The Education Service

The National Library of Wales Education Service provides workshops and resources for teachers and educators, pupils and students, and people of all ages that want to learn more about the Library's collections. We deliver activities that meet the requirements of the curriculum in Wales as regards content and skills and can prepare bespoke workshops to meet your needs.

The Education Service also develops digital learning resources on various themes for Hwb and publishes print materials based on the Library’s collections. Education Service staff has experience and expertise in both the Library's collections and producing targeted learning materials for the school curriculum, subject specifications in Key Stages 2, 3, 4 and 5, and the Welsh Baccalaureate.

All of the activities provided by the Education Service are free of charge and are available in Welsh or English.
